Policy - Spirit Sense

We recognize that your privacy is very important and take it seriously. This Policy describes Spirit Sense's policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of your information when you use the Spirit Sense Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Policy.

Information Collection and Use
We uses information we collect to analyze how the Service is used, diagnose service or technical problems, maintain security, personalize content, remember information to help you efficiently access your account, monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors, traffic, and demographic patterns, and track User Content and users as necessary to comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and other applicable laws.

User-Provided Information:
You provide us information about yourself, such as your name and e-mail address, if you register for a member account with the Service. Your name and other information you choose to add to your profile will be available for public viewing on the Service. We may use your email address to send you Service-related notices. You can control receipt of certain Service-related messages on your Settings page. If you correspond with us by email, we may retain the content of your email messages, your email address and our responses.

You also provide us information in User Content you post to the Service. Your posts and other contributions on the Service, and metadata about them (such as when you posted them), are publicly viewable on the Service, along with your name. This information may be searched by search engines and be republished elsewhere on the Web in accordance with our Terms of Service on this page.

Cookies:
When you visit the Service, we may send one or more "cookies" - small data files - to your computer to uniquely identify your browser and let Spirit Sense help you log in faster and enhance your navigation through the site. Log Files:

Spirit Sense may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or subpoena or if we believe that it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation or legal request; to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security or technical issues; or to protect Spirit Sense's rights or property.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information:
We may share non-personally identifiable information (such as anonymous usage data, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, number of clicks, etc.) with interested third parties to help them understand the usage patterns for certain Spirit Sense services.

Spirit Sense may allow third-party ad servers or ad networks to serve advertisements on the Service. These third-party ad servers or ad networks use technology to send, directly to your browser, the advertisements and links that appear on Spirit Sense. They automatically receive your IP address when this happens. They may also use other technologies (such as cookies, JavaScript, or web beacons) to measure the effectiveness of their advertisements and to personalize the advertising content. Spirit Sense does not provide any personally identifiable information to these third-party ad servers or ad networks without your consent. However, please note that if an advertiser asks Spirit Sense to show an advertisement to a certain audience and you respond to that advertisement, the advertiser or ad server may conclude that you fit the description of the audience they are trying to reach. The Spirit Sense Policy does not apply to, and we cannot control the activities of, third-party advertisers. Please consult the respective policies of such advertisers for more information.

How We Protect Your Information
We uses commercially reasonable physical, managerial, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your personal information. We cannot, however, ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to Spirit Sense or guarantee that your information on the Service may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.

Your Choices About Your Information
You may, of course, decline to submit personally identifiable information through the Service, in which case Spirit Sense may not be able to provide certain services to you. You may update or correct your account information and email preferences at any time by logging in to your account.

We are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from the Service, nor the information or content contained therein. Please remember that when you use a link to go from the Service to another website, our Policy is no longer in effect. Whilst we endeavour to ensure that all information included on the Website is correct, we will not be held responsible for any errors or omissions. If we are informed of any inaccuracies in the material on the Website, we will correct this as soon as we reasonably can.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Spirit Sense service for any reason, without notice at any time.
We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Use at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms of Use, we will notify you via internet mail according to the preference expressed on your account. What constitutes a "material change" will be determined at our sole discretion, in good faith and using common sense and reasonable judgement.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and accounts containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Use.
Spirit Sense service makes it possible to post images on Spirit Sense to outside websites. This use is accepted (and even encouraged!). However, pages on other websites which display data hosted on Spirit Sense must provide a link back to Spirit Sense.

Services/Sessions provided through Spirit Sense are not offered as medical advice and should not be considered as medical advice.
